Riley Dyche is the most recent recipient of the Iditarod Humanitarian Award presented by Pike Dog Wellness at the conclusion of the 2026 Iditarod during the Nome Banquet ā and this summer, heās helping share the message of quality dog care with visitors at Iditarod Headquarters in Wasilla.
Riley is leading the popular sled dog cart rides through Rides with Riley, featuring dogs from his Dark Horse Racing Kennel out of Big Lake, Alaska. As part of the visitor experience, heās also sharing an informative display highlighting the Humanitarian Award and the importance of thoughtful, attentive dog care.
